Clinical Specialist

Territory: Charlotte & Greenville | Field-based role with regional travel We are partnering with an innovative growth-stage surgical technology company to support the continued expansion of its minimally invasive surgical platform across the Charlotte and Greenville markets. This field-based position will focus on supporting surgeons in the operating room, driving clinical adoption, and acting as a key partner to surgical teams throughout the customer journey. We are seeking a clinically focused professional with hands‑on OR experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of minimally invasive procedures alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and perioperative staff. Key Responsibilities Provide procedural support to surgeons and OR teams during minimally invasive cases Serve as a primary clinical resource for surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff during product use Support account growth and product adoption through strong clinical engagement and relationship building Deliver hands‑on education and training to surgical teams during onboarding and ongoing use Gather clinical feedback and insights to support product optimization and commercial strategy Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to support customer success and market expansion Represent the organization at training programs, workshops, and industry events Maintain accurate records of case activity, customer interactions, and clinical observations Qualifications Degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline Operating room experience supporting minimally invasive surgical procedures Previous medical device experience preferred, ideally within a high‑growth or entrepreneurial environment Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with surgeons and OR staff Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic field‑based role Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte and Greenville territory as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Established Search
