Join AccentCare as a Clinical Liaison VIPC, Inpatient Hospice Admissions RN, where you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and healthcare partners — helping ensure those who need hospice care receive timely, compassionate support.As a Clinical Liaison VIPC, Inpatient Hospice Admissions RN, you will play a key role in identifying patient needs and facilitating seamless transitions into hospice services.In this role, you'll need the heart of a nurse and a polished business savvy to interact with physicians and healthcare leadership.
