Credit Analyst / Collections Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Hendersonville, NC (Training in Asheville)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire


A leading building materials supplier is seeking a Credit Analyst / Collections Specialist to support customer accounts, credit applications, collections, and billing inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone with an accounting, collections, or customer service background who enjoys working with both numbers and people.


What You'll Be Doing


• Process credit applications and set up customer accounts
• Make collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist customers with billing questions and account issues
• Send invoices, statements, and account documentation
• File lien notices and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve account concerns


What They're Looking For


• Accounting, bookkeeping, credit, or collections experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
