The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its Club, Wholesale, and Mass retail channels. This pivotal leadership position demands a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record in the industry, particularly one with deep existing relationships at major club and mass retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing annual and quarterly sales strategies, mentoring the Sales Account Management team, and driving both new and existing account development. Additionally, the role involves managing retail pricing, distribution, and competitive strategies, as well as overseeing trade spending, deductions, and credit in close partnership with the finance and inside sales teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales role at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years of sales account management experience, with a focus on direct club and mass account responsibility. A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is required, along with a strong background in meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in fast-paced or startup environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of existing relationships with major club and mass retailers, such as Costco. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is a high proficiency in Excel. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 20% and a willingness to work from the Los Angeles office.
