Events/SALES Consultant

Job Summary Sales/Events Consultant responsible for selling fun! The ideal team member will serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. Key Qualities and Eligibility You love unlimited earning potential. Base + commission. You thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are eager to learn and love developing new sales skills. You love talking to and selling customers. All leads are responded to in a timely fashion – same or next business day. You haven't met a goal you can't beat. You like booking sales three (3) months in advance. SMERF means more to you than little blue creatures – Google it. You are a go‑getter and can find business through prospecting and networking. Daily Responsibilities Sell the fun and work with the park team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. Represent Urban Air with high energy and enthusiasm when describing park attractions and packages. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to drive brand awareness and event business. Attend community and chamber events to promote Urban Air. Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed financial results. Ensure safety, maintain a secure and sanitary environment. Complete other duties as assigned, looking for opportunities, sharing ideas, and supporting teammates. Working Environment Classically family entertainment setting with great food and attractions.
