Occupational Therapist

At Winding Willows, we believe growth happens through connection. We are a collaborative therapy and wellness practice serving children, families, and individuals throughout the Dayton area. Our mission is to provide relationship‑based, holistic care that supports development, regulation, movement, well‑being, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Winding Willows currently offers Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, caregiver education, and community‑based programming. As we continue to grow, we are building a collaborative environment that supports not only therapy services, but the health and wellbeing of the whole family through education, wellness, and community connection. ROLE We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This position provides the opportunity to work with children and families in a supportive environment that values individualized care, professional growth, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The therapist will provide evaluations and treatment services, partner with caregivers, collaborate with other providers, and contribute to the continued growth and development of Winding Willows. Additional opportunities may include: Group class development and leadership Caregiver education and coaching Community programming and outreach Collaboration with Physical Therapy and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy providers

QUALIFICATIONS
