Contract Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night.

Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN Contract Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. LPN/RN Contract Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide

Note: This position is intended for local LPN/RN Contract Nurse candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
