Masonicare at Home is Masonicare's non-medical homecare agency. We are currently hiring private caregivers and homemakers for live-in OR hourly live-out work throughout the state. Our hourly services require a 3 hour minimum. Many of our clients are located in Masonicare facilities throughout the state of CT (Wallingford, Mystic, and Chester – AND COMING SOON Shelton, Farmington, and Newington!!). Community based clients are available as well.Caregivers assist in a variety of ways to keep clients safe, entertained, and active at home. Duties may include:Conversation and general companionshipLight HousekeepingChanging bed and bath linensLaundryMeal PrepRunning errandsMedication remindersAssist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, mailRecreation: reading, games, crafts, outdoor/indoor walks, etc.Drive or accompany client to appointments: doctor, hair salon, nail salon, etc.Bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care and feeding.Toileting and incontinence CareAssisting with exercises, ambulation and transfer activitiesMasonicare is looking for staff with availability to work 12hr shifts, at least 2 per week.
