Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is part of the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty. The role supports the Store Manager in overall store management, including policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, financial management, and customer service. Essential Functions Lead and manage store crew: supervise, assign, direct activities, communicate openly, and support operational improvement. Customer service: assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking. Responsibilities Maintain an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, initiative, and leading by example. Support the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. Implement policies and supervisory responsibilities. Perform sales and inventory management. Manage employee staffing, training, and development. Oversee financial management. Lead customer service initiatives. Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Work Hours Anticipated weekly hours: 40. This is a full‑time position. Compensation Typical pay range: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour. Base salary is based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
