What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting. Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by your supervising BCBA. Collect and record accurate data using digital tools. Collaborate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress. Foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment for each child. What We’re Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required). Experience delivering ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping children succeed. Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth.
