Fitness Studio Front Desk & Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager in all “front of house” fitness operations, with a strong focus on meeting sales goals, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has sales experience and customer service skills. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio while maintaining premium levels of customer service. This position must be willing to sell and promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. Sales Maintain accurate calls, sales, and customer service records using established Orangetheory Fitness sales systems Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls on a regular basis. Lead Orangetheory Fitness studio tours with prospective and current program holders. Work closely with the fitness team to ensure the entire sales process and studio processes are fulfilled. Operations Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive experience when entering the Orangetheory Fitness studio. Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions. Follow up and follow through with all activities for members and prospective members. Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, inquiries and concerns. Conduct proper on‑boarding of all Orangetheory Fitness clients. Ensure correct completion of all documents for studio compliance. Responsible for attending and participating in training programs. Cleanliness Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby and front desk areas, as well as bathrooms, showers, retail area, and fitness room. Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist before/during/after shift activities. Physical Demands This job operates in a fitness studio. This position sometimes requires a person to stand and walk for long periods of time This position requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
