Job Description

At First Defense Systems, we protect what matters most. As a premier provider representing ADT’s industry-leading technology, we design custom smart-home ecosystems that give homeowners safety, convenience, and complete peace of mind.

We are expanding our field sales division and looking for ambitious professionals who want the freedom of outside sales paired with elite training and warm inbound support.

Your Role

Meet directly with homeowners to evaluate safety needs and recommend modern smart-home configurations.
Manage your regional pipeline efficiently using modern mobile CRM software.
Represent the gold standard in security with total professionalism and integrity.

Candidate Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Self-disciplined with a desire to control your own earning potential.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
