Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned Cross‑train to back up the Laundry Department when needed Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents Qualifications Performance of day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned Ability to cross‑train in the Laundry Department as needed Adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a nursing facility setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents Commitment to confidentiality and resident rights Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor Job Purpose: Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping functions as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Heritage Manor Care
