You must possess a strong desire to mentor those in the business and work in a team environment. About the Role
In this position you will recruit via outbound calls, networking, social media, and more. Hold weekly trainings & coaching sessions. This is an incredible opportunity to grow within the company while expanding your skill-set.

Qualifications
Real Estate experience is an absolute must with 5 years minimum experience required with a positive track record of growth. We have proven systems and training to support you in every way possible. No remote option available and the office is located in Somerset, NJ.

Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: Earning Potential: $70,000-$125,000+ OTE (Base is dependent on experience level)
