Assistant Retread Shop Manager - Bryant

LOCATION: BRYANT, SD

WW Tire Service is looking to add an Assistant Retread Shop Manager to help with day-to-day operations of our retread facility in Bryant, SD.

Pay: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process and ensure production goals are met.
Help oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
Maintain production quality and safety standards
Help the manager train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees)
Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, and managing costs
Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
Serve as acting manager during manager absences
Other duties as assigned

Preffered:

Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
