Collaborate with sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders on project finance transactions. Contribute to joint venture agreements and tax equity investment agreements. Work effectively within a deadline-driven environment. Requirements 4-7 years of experience in project finance transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit. Education Strong academic credentials.
