Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthodontic Assistant located in Greater Cleveland. The Orthodontic Assistant will be responsible for supporting orthodontists in the care of patients, setting up clinical materials, ensuring proper sterilization and sanitation, and assisting with diagnostic procedures and treatments. Additional duties include educating patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe and welcoming treatment environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Orthodontics and Dental Care techniques Experience in Dentistry and Dental Assisting Knowledge of proper Sterilization and infection control procedures Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Completion of a Dental Assisting program or relevant certification (preferred) Experience in orthodontics and dental procedures is a plus
