A facility in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team! $8,000 sign-on bonus available! Open to new graduates!

Pay Range: $32.00–$49.00/hour (based on experience)
Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Nights; 10- or 12-hour shifts available
  
• Open to new graduates
  
• $8,000 sign-on bonus
  
• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units, including the ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment delivery, oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator/NIV management.
  
• Work independently while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team. Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and changing patient needs while effectively prioritizing and managing a full caseload.
  

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have CRT or RRT credentials from the NBRC
  
• Must have or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  
• Must be comfortable caring for neonatal/pediatric populations
  
• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred
  
• New graduates encouraged to apply
