With their proprietary (trademarked) method, they have removed the hurdles and downsides of traditional procedures that require general anesthesia and a long and painful recovery. They focus purely on awake liposuction and fat transfer procedures with a special emphasis on breast augmentation and BBL. The method allows patients to do their procedures comfortably, easily, with limited downtime, a rapid recovery, and truly transformative results. They are also a Silicone Free Zone -"we no longer use implants in our practice because we believe that techniques including fat transfer are a much safer long-term solution with a natural and highly aesthetic result."

Compensation at this practice opportunity is robust. Currently their surgeons working 3 days per week are earning 1 million per year. They are looking for someone who wants to exceed this But beyond that, and most importantly, this practice believes that your success is primary, and will be supportive partners to ensure that your career continues to grow and flourish over time.

Per client:

The surgeons earn commission off of the procedures that they perform. We limit our surgeons to two full procedures per day (with an occasional small third case) so that they can focus on quality and producing a result that we feel proud to attach our name to. A surgeon that is consistently performing surgery with us two days per week and two cases a day will earn approximately $700k+ annually and a surgeon working with us three days per week consistently throughout the year doing two full cases per day would be looking at an annual comp over $1M. This has been our model since the beginning.
