Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Company Benefits:*** 6% 401k match* Day one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!)* HSA with company contribution* Monthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%)* 10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year)* Paid personal days* 11 paid holidays* Annual merit increases* Opportunity for overtime hours/shifts* Education Tuition Assistance**Available Shift:*** **3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday (Starting pay for this role is $29.05 + $1.00 shift premium)****Job Duties/Responsibilities:*** Must be able to lead and train technical employees to Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time.* Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagout* Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on all equipment at the HPMP Facility.* Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment.* Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work.* Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor).* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.* Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment.* Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines* Skilled & knowledge in PM programs and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks**Required Qualifications:*** Ability to work in a team environment* Focus on safety and quality* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once* Ability to prioritize rapidly and be decisive* Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as operate mobile equipment**Top Candidates Will Also Have:*** Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or 10 years related experience* Ability to train all technical personnel on how to work safely on all HPMP equipment**Competencies:*** **Safety Focus -** Demonstrates a commitment to working safely, following procedures, identifying potential hazards and contributing to a safe work environment.* **Responsibility & Dependability -** Takes ownership of assigned work, follows through on commitments, maintains attendance standards, and consistently delivers quality results.* **Teamwork & Collaboration -** Works effectively with others, communicates respectfully, supports team goals, and contributes to a positive and productive work environment.* **Functional Expertise & Continuous Learning -** Learns and applies job-related knowledge, follows established processes, solves routine work challenges, and adapts to new tools, equipment, and procedures.**What to Expect After Applying: \\*Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have. \\*Applicants that have passed the phone screen will be sent an online assessment that can be taken from your phone or computer. \\*On-site interviews will be scheduled for candidates that pass the phone screen and the online assessment.**Caterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website at ### **Summary Pay Range:**$29.05 - $36.25Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
