Collection or litigation experience preferred; industry training provided for the right candidate. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Active law license in Maryland. Skills Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
