HR Director - Engineering, Building Automation

As an HR Director – Engineering within Honeywell Building Automation, you will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting global engineering organizations and leaders. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing the people strategy for engineering teams, aligning talent priorities with business objectives to drive innovation, productivity, and growth.You will partner closely with engineering leadership to enable organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development across a highly technical, global environment. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing on talent strategy in alignment with business needs Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. Bias for action, ability to work independently, strong project management skills.Strong execution skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
