This position offers flexibility, with opportunities to work 3‑5 days a week (Monday to Friday), depending on individual availability. About the Role Visit different nursing homes each day to provide comprehensive on-site eye exams and vision care Utilize state-of-the-art portable equipment for refractions, glaucoma screenings, retinal evaluations, and more Develop individualized care plans and prescribe corrective lenses Collaborate with optometric assistants and support staff in a friendly, supportive team environment Benefit from a flexible schedule with no required evenings or weekends Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for each patient encounter Participate in follow‑up care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed Uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care and professionalism Why Join This Team?
