Customer Service Representative
ExecuSource is representing a well-established company in the Greenville/Piedmont area that is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative to support increased business demands. This will be a temporary, full-time role with the strong opportunity for permanent hire, career growth, and future advancement for top performers.

What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online chat
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional solutions
- Escalate complex situations to the appropriate department when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs
What You'll Need
- Previous customer service experience in a high volume call center, customer support environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
