As a barista at Scooter's Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting delicious coffee and espresso beverages with care and precision.
• Providing friendly, engaging service to every customer in our drive-thru lane.
• Collaborating with your teammates to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace to deliver the highest quality products.
• Handling transactions efficiently while keeping a smile on your face.

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great coffee to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Expereince as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for friendly, engaging conversations with customers.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding service every day.
• Hiring for baristas, shift leads and assistant managers.
