We are searching for a Weekend RN Charge Nurse to join our team! If you are looking to pick up some extra time on the weekends, then Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is the place for you! We are currently looking for an experienced and detailed RN to administer medications, perform treatments, and other duties.
