Job Details Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mesa, Arizona Company: Talented Medical Solutions Assignment Length: 6 Weeks Start Date: May 18, 2026 Shift: Night Shift, 19:00 – 07:30 Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12s) Float: May float between BHH and BBMC as needed On‑Call: Required Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Required Job Summary Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly skilled CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6‑week travel assignment in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience, particularly in cardiovascular intensive care, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment. Responsibilities Provide direct, high‑level nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients Monitor and manage patients with complex cardiac conditions, including post‑operative open‑heart surgeries Operate and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage life‑support systems (e.g., ventilators, IABP, CRRT) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies Float between BHH and BBMC facilities as needed Requirements Active RN license (Arizona or compact state) Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong experience with cardiac drips, ventilators, and critical care protocols Ability to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, and participate in on‑call rotation Flexibility to float between facilities Preferred Qualifications CCRN certification (preferred) Experience with open‑heart recovery and advanced cardiac devices Why Join Talented Medical Solutions?
