Material Handler (Forklift Certified)

Material Handler (Forklift Certified) Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
- Proficient in desktop and portable computers, including electronic database navigation
- Comfortable with prolonged standing in a warehouse environment
- Valid and unexpired Forklift Certification
- Efficiently operate warehouse equipment with a focus on safety
- Navigate and execute tasks within the WMS and 4D system using handheld scanners or On-board Computer
- Recognize and address discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members and leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
- Transfer knowledge effectively to colleagues and new hires
- Ensure compliance with company standards, attendance, and punctuality
- Participate in team effectiveness and establish positive working relationships
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understand company culture, strategic vision, and the impact of their role
- Actively listen and communicate thoughts clearly
- Successfully pass a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring process
