Learn more about our 50-year legacy of love & learning: Compensation & Pay Range: Starting base salary: $41,717+ for Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Starting base salary: $65,000+ for Teaching Certificate AND Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Compensation listed above is based on the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Salary Schedule. Now Hiring at: 330 North Belair Road, Evans, GA 30809 Teacher Responsibilities Help implement the Georgia Pre‑K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age‑appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre‑K curriculum Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development Have fun and work as part of a supportive team Requirements Georgia Certified Teacher preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field Previous experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center is required Passion for working with young children At least 18 years old Ability to pass background checks & health assessments Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies Benefits Competitive Pay The pay range is just the starting point.
