Clerical Assistant
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support. This position assists residents and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Job Duties
- Assist residents and visitors in person and by phone
- Answer incoming calls and provide general assistance
- Assist with move-ins and recertification paperwork
- Assist with maintenance work orders
- Type and prepare letters and other documents
- Maintain organized files and records
- Handle applications and tenant information confidentially
- Assist with receiving rent or other payments as needed
- Provide general clerical support to the office
Requirements
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
