United Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dedicated Team Manager to join our Child Guidance Program — a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dynamic clinical team delivering high‑quality outpatient mental health services. Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to staff and interns. Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, and program outcomes. Collaborate with community partners and referral sources to strengthen services. Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care as needed. Experience in clinical supervision and program coordination a plus 3+ years of direct clinical experience (adolescents & co‑occurring disorders preferred) Must have strong diagnostic skills and be able to provide a thorough and detailed biopsychosocial assessment. Coordinate Evidence‑Based Practice models for internal and external reporting.
