As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.What You’ll Do:• Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes• Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits• Communicate with families, physicians and care teams• Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations• Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives• Train and support care team membersWhat You’ll Bring:• Active LPN/LVN license• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting• Strong assessment and documentation skills• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance• Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Support Resident Health and Ensure Clinical QualityLPN | LVN | Wellness Nurse | Assisted Living | Senior Living | Medication Management | Resident Care # **Pay Range:**32.15 - 42.95*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
