Help Desk & Systems Support Technician I

OrthoIndy Northwest

OrthoIndy Northwest is seeking a Systems Support Technician I to assist with service desk operations at OrthoIndy and OrthoIndy Hospital. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems for internal users, handling hardware and software issues, and coordinating service referrals. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or technical certification, with 2-4 years of support experience.
