Probate Attorney - Bilingual Spanish (225/o)

As a Probate Attorney at the firm, you will have your own docket of Probate cases consisting of Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in Probate, experience in handling Will Contests a plus but not a requirement.Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.This position is based out of the firm’s Houston, TX office.A hybrid or remote work schedule can be an option, however, you must still live within driving distance to the Houston, TX office and be able to attend all in person hearings across Texas.
