If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.Gong is a category-defining, high-growth AI SaaS company, and we’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across complex SaaS and technology initiatives supporting Corporate IT, Sales, and Marketing.This role will own a growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS, collaboration and productivity tools, security software, business applications, and internal data/AI tools that support employees and go-to-market teams. You will partner closely with leaders across IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to shape sourcing strategy, optimize spend, and enable fast, scalable decision-making in a high-growth environment. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
