Pickleball Director — Grow Programs & Community Impact
The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America
The Crossroads YMCA Association is seeking a Pickleball Director to support the pickleball program across the Y network, including a new Sportsplex opening Fall 2025. This role requires advanced pickleball knowledge and at least two years of related experience. You will supervise staff, assist in program development and growth, ensure participant satisfaction and safety, and coordinate training and onboarding.
