Member Services Representative

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Member Service Advocate will navigate healthcare inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience while working collaboratively with various departments. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members regarding health insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility Support and advocate for members to navigate the healthcare system and ensure they receive necessary care Document member interactions accurately while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service within healthcare Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance products Experience training and working in a virtual/remote setting preferred Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
