About the role

JP Impact Group is a sales and marketing firm in Garden City, NY. We represent a national e-commerce company's business purchasing platform to small and mid-sized businesses across Long Island.

This is an outside sales role. Most of your day is spent visiting local businesses in person in assigned territories, showing owners how the platform works, and opening new business accounts. Each day starts at our Garden City office with training and planning before heading into the field.

No sales experience is required. We provide paid training, daily coaching, and a structured four-week development program.

What you'll do

• Visit small and mid-sized businesses in person across assigned Long Island territories

• Show business owners how the platform helps them purchase supplies, including business pricing, multi-user accounts, invoicing, and spend reporting

• Open new business accounts and follow up to make sure each one is set up and supported

• Track your daily activity and results

• Take part in daily team training and field coaching

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. You earn an average of $130 for each new business account you open, plus weekly performance bonuses. Commissions and bonuses are paid weekly. Established representatives typically earn $800–$1,500 per week, including bonuses.

Our Schedule

Monday–Friday, full-time. Work takes place at our Garden City office and in the field at local businesses. Reliable transportation is required.
