Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome. Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs. Meet and exceed clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices. Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members. Build and maintain relationships throughout the community. Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program. State licensure. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Management experience preferred. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base salary: $85,000-100,000+ per year (based on experience and market factors). Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
