IT Delivery ManagerA client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to oversee roadmap execution, delivery cadence, and partner coordination across multiple IT initiatives. This role enables the IT Senior Manager to focus on strategic leadership by ensuring projects are executed, tracked, and communicated effectively.This is a coordination-focused role that does not include people management responsibilities or ownership of architecture and product decisions. Instead, the Delivery Manager ensures decisions are executed, dependencies are managed, and progress is transparent to stakeholders.IT Roadmap Management: Maintain the IT roadmap as a living plan, including sequencing, dependencies, resource capacity, and status across all IT disciplines. Ensure information remains current and actionable. Delivery Cadence: Facilitate weekly stand-ups and delivery review meetings, manage escalations, and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and commitments. Release & Cutover Coordination: Track status, risks, and dependencies through go-live and cutover activities. While the IT Senior Manager retains overall program ownership, you will ensure plans remain accurate, blockers are visible, and execution stays on track. Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with ERP implementation partners, AI consulting firms, and other vendors. Lead recurring touchpoints, track deliverables, and reconcile invoices against contracted scope of work. Intake & Prioritization Process: Manage a standardized intake process that captures business challenges, ownership, expected value, urgency, and effort estimates before work is scheduled. Executive Reporting: Deliver concise weekly status reports for leadership and maintain monthly roadmap updates for steering committee review. Decision Tracking: Document key decisions and action items, ensuring accountability and follow-through to completion. Process Documentation & Handover: Develop and document delivery cadences, templates, and intake processes so they can be successfully transitioned and sustained long-term.
