What You’ll Do As an important part of our clinical team, you will: Assist the dentist and hygienist chairside during procedures Take dental radiographs, impressions, and records (as permitted by licensure) Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Maintain and clean clinical and laboratory equipment Update electronic patient records and assist with scheduling Support front office tasks, including answering phones, processing payments, and scheduling appointments Contribute to a smooth, organized, and welcoming patient experience Qualifications Preferred (but not required): Level I or Level II Expanded Function Dental Assistant certification Experience with radiography protocols and impression taking Knowledge of dental treatment, instrumentation, and sterilization methods Familiarity with OSHA and infection control standards Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team environment We are happy to train a motivated individual who is eager to grow professionally.
