Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services on a 13-week traveler assignment. The role involves delivering patient-centered care in inpatient and outpatient settings, with flexible scheduling options to meet departmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' communication, speech, language, and swallowing abilities to establish treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy sessions to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Adhere to all clinical guidelines and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Possess at least one year of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days per week, with preference for inpatient or outpatient experience.
