Business Development Center Representative

Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | $55,000–$75,000 Annual Income Potential

Position Summary

As a BDC Sales Representative, you'll be the spark that turns customer interest into showroom visits. You'll connect with potential buyers through calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, building excitement, creating relationships, and setting appointments that fuel our sales success. What You'll Do:

You'll be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for our sales team, including:

• Internet inquiries

• Incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")

• Customers who recently visited the dealership

• Follow-up on previous leads

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Attention to detail; goal-oriented and results-driven

• Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn

• Ability to communicate professionally via text and email

• High energy and enthusiasm
