Title Processor Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Processor opportunity available with a busy Title Company in St. Petersburg, FL. The Title Processor is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include:

• Opening title files.
• Preparing initial title quotes.
• Assisting with order entry and clearing title conditions.
• Contacting all parties involved in the transaction to gather required information and documentation.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with title commitments and lender closing instructions.
• Ordering and reviewing surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts, and other required documents.
• Ordering Estoppel Letters.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum 3 years related experience in the Title industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with Qualia Software.

Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.85 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
