You can review the additional job description section on postings for documents that may be required.* Prior to submitting your application, please review and update (if necessary) the information in your candidate profile as it will transfer to your application.## Job Title:Research Senior Associate - Surgery Critical Care, Trauma and Burn## Department:Medicine | Surgery Critical Care Trauma and Burn**Position Summary**Conceptualizes, designs, and executes complex laboratory experiments; plans and executes advanced molecular and cellular techniques, including but not limited to Western blots, ELISAs, basic coagulation assays, and confocal imaging; participates in training and overseeing methodologies conducted by more junior lab members.Performs critical analysis of literature relevant to research; collaborates with principal investigator to perform organization and statistical analysis of the data and write and prepare grants and manuscripts for publication and presentation.Participates in developing and managing grant budgets and lab purchases; monitors and enforces laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance. Manages daily operations of the laboratory including procurement, technical assistance and equipment maintenance.**Required Qualifications**Master's Degree in an appropriate biological/health science or equivalent experience required; 3 years of relevant experience required with Bachelor's Degree, or 1 year of relevant experience required with Master's Degree.
