Quality Assurance Nurse

Seeking a detail-oriented RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage quality assurance reviews of medical records, ensuring compliance with client specifications and maintaining high reporting standards. Key responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports, ensuring evidence-based rationales and compliance with client instructions Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues while promoting efficient utilization of company resources Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years of clinical or related experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations Current LPN/LVN/RN license may be required based on business needs
