On-Call Hospice Nurse—After-Hours Care & Support

MJHS

MJHS Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to handle after-hours on-call visits for urgent physical and psycho-social issues. You will coordinate with the Call Center Triage and On-Call Manager and work with a hospice physician to ensure safe plans of care and effective symptom management. The role requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with at least two years in Medical-Surgical, Community Health, Hospice, or Oncology nursing. #J-18808-Ljbffr MJHS
