Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is hiring a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience with superior customer service. You will greet members, assist with sign-ins, tours, and front desk tasks, and help update member accounts while maintaining a clean club environment.
The ideal candidate has a background in customer service, a passion for fitness, and a positive, reliable attitude. This role supports a welcoming gym culture and opportunities for growth.
