Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will perform routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, actions taken, and/or unusual activity in appropriate reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Assist with handling alarms, service calls, and after-hours situations while maintaining a professional presence and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
