Online Consultant

We are hiring an Online Consultant to provide virtual guidance and support to clients on our online platform In this role you will use your exceptional communication skills and knowledge of our productsservices to assist customers with their inquiries provide technical support and offer solutions to their problems This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month located in Washington Responsibilities Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat email and video conferencing Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to the appropriate team if necessary Educate clients on the features and benefits of our productsservices Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs Requirements Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with online platformstools is a plus We welcome applicants from all nationalities who possess the required skills.
